Shipping

Sustainable Insight has a default shipping rate of $9.50 for all deliveries within Australia and $17.95 for all deliveries within New Zealand.  All Australian deliveries are handled through Australia Post.

Deliveries with Australia take between 5 to 10 days.

Deliveries within New Zealand take between 10 to 15 days.

Orders over $85.00 receive free shipping in Australia and New Zealand.

For international deliveries (outside Australia and New Zealand) please contact Sustainable Insight for a quote on shipping and delivery.

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with a purchase from Sustainable Insight we will gladly refund, credit or exchange your order.

To receive your refund please return the item along with your sales invoice and a short note with the reason for the return within 14 days after delivery.

Please to allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed upon receiving the returned goods.

Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless it is a result of an error on our part.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product from Sustainable Insight we will gladly exchange it upon receiving the return.

To exchange your product please pack the whole item along with a copy of your original sales invoice and a short note outlining the damage or fault encountered, within 14 days after delivery.

If the product is seen to be damaged or faulty, Sustainable Insight will also fully refund the cost of the return postage and send you out a replacement product.

All products remain the property of Sustainable Insight until they have been paid for.

Delivery of requested items will be made when payment has been received in full.

Sustainable Insight does not have any liability to you, the purchaser, arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects.

All guarantees and warranties are provided by manufacturers and are applicable only when stated on products.
